Thyrocare offers an advanced booking system where you can choose a convenient time slot while scheduling your test. If you book 24 to 48 hours in advance, available appointment slots will be shown and scheduled accordingly. For bookings beyond 48 hours, your appointment details will be confirmed a day prior via WhatsApp, SMS and email. You will also receive the details of the phlebotomist assigned for your sample collection. The phlebotomist will call to reconfirm the appointment, which is a mandatory step. Alternatively, you can contact the service provider using the details shared in your confirmation message. Please note that appointments are subject to technician availability, and Thyrocare reserves the right to reschedule the technician, date, or time slot if required.
